Jackie Romine Photography owns all copyrights to images shot. If ordering a digital image you will receive a Print Release to be able to print your image as you please, however Jackie Romine Photography will retain all copyrights to the image. 

Sport picture packages will be delivered to the school ONLY if I am under a school contract to photograph the entire schools yearbook. If I do not shoot your childs school yearbook photos your sport pictures will be delivered to the League and your coach will hand out orders. If sport packages are not placed in the set deadline (the day of photos up to 5 days after) you are responsible for picking up your package from the studio or paying for shipping.

If I am under contract to shoot your schools yearbook and you have placed your order late, I will deliver those to the school the next time I am scheduled to be there. I will not make special trips to deliver packages placed after deadlines.

I print all packages in studio. Specialty items are sent out for processing. Schools and Sports are batch printed. If you place your order as soon as you get your images, they will not be processed until the school deadline hits. There is usually a 2-3 week deadline for orders. Orders are normally delivered to schools 2-3 weeks after the deadline. Although I appreciate you placing your order in a timely manner, this does not mean you will be getting your package any sooner than if the order was placed on the last day of the deadline.

Digital Image orders are processed as soon as payment is made and sent immediately to the email address provided.

Lastly, we are human. Even as hard as we try sometimes mistakes can be made. If something is not correct with your order please just shoot us a email and we will get it corrected... Also, it takes quite a little bit to get through emails and respond. You won't hurt my feelings if you need to send a reminder or two. If you prefer to text, thats fine as well.
